I was impressed with Baker's communications with me and their diligence in meeting my expectations. I chose Baker because they told me they could complete the job within the time frame I needed. Unfortunately there were some problems - initially the wrong shingle was delivered and had to be returned; the correct shingle had to be back ordered. Additionally there were three red tags on the job resulting in mounting delays. Therefore the job was not completed on time. In spite of the delays, they fixed every problem quickly and to the satisfaction of the inspector and myself. This is a reputable company and I would use them again.
