They were extremely courteous and proactive. Sergio and crew are trustworthy. Sergio had a key to my home for a month when I was forced to travel for business. I was uncomfortable with the arrangement in the beginning, but I had no choice. I now trust him completely and have no qualms about having him work in my absence. He asks questions if something is unclear, calls if something does not go according to plan, and highlights suggested changes if the drawing does not translate into reality as it should. If details did not meet my standards, he fixed them, no questions, no complaints. I will do business with Verotex Construction again.
