I conatacted Service Magic on internet, before I could sign off, Urel was on the phone. He was here in less than an hour. He went for a part (over 1hr to Home Depot), returned, installed the missing pieces. His bill was higher than expected, but so far the end result has been good. After the elec bill comes I'll know if he exceeded expectations!
