I had Tony from Landmark Landscaping install a French drain between my pool patio and covered patio. With the rainy season upon us this was a major priority since I was getting about 1" of water in my covered patio up to my french doors. First it was difficult to find a person who even knew what a French drain was and the other companies I spoke with quoted 3x as much as Landmark because they were trying to do more than the job required and of course charge me more. Tony called back right away and came up with a good solution at a reasonable price and did all the work professionally and on-time. I would definitely recommend Landmark
