came during the scheduled hours stated, friendly, knowledgeable, very informative. regular maintenance performed and I am waiting for the a/c motor to be replaced. Part has not come in as of yet! Update: part was installed on 7/30/09 and A/C is working well!

Her husband Ken and his young assistant showed up promptly and were able to resolve my problem in no time, with courtesy, professionalism, efficiency and superior knowledge of their craft. Their prices are reasonable and fair and they are more than happy to share good info with regard to how to properly maintain one's A/C system as well as to point out potential pitfalls & problems and how to avoid them.
